1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or damage after delivery.
- Discounted or sale items marked as “Final Sale”.
- Custom or special order products.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/model was sent. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- In case of an exchange, new shipping charges may apply.
